Dr Ong Say How
Dr Ong is a senior consultant child psychiatrist and Chief of the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in Institute of Mental Health (IMH), Singapore. He obtained his Masters in Medicine (Psychiatry) in 1999 and Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy in 2001 from the National University of Singapore. Since his return from a fellowship in New York in 2005, he has been deeply engaged in outpatient services for children and adolescents with psychological problems and has conducted research work in mood disorders, schizophrenia and ADHD. Topics such as anxiety, depression and trauma are close to his heart. He is a frequent speaker in public forums and media interviews on child mental health issues. His authorship also spans various relevant topics on children and adolescent mental health
Anil Kumar, an experienced educator and Principal of Delhi Public School Faridabad for 21 years, boasts a 32-year career in education. His leadership is marked by pioneering approaches to prepare students for competitive exams like NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads, INMO, IMO, and IIT. Notably, he has spearheaded initiatives such as ‘Udaan,’ a Government of India project promoting the education of girls under MHRD. Shubham Gupta, Innovation Lead at Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, oversees innovation projects, particularly in Atal Tinkering Labs. With a post-graduate degree in Rural Management and a background in Computer Science Engineering, Shubham combines IT and social sector experience. Formerly with Infosys and Vedanta’s CSR, he led initiatives in education, sports, and women empowerment in tribal and rural regions of Rajasthan. Recognized with awards like Chairman’s Excellence Award, Shubham is not just a professional achiever but also an avid reader and sports enthusiast who believes in the power of self-belief and loves to explore through travel.

With a strong track record in career and business coaching, she brings valuable skills from her background in media, including team leadership, problem-solving, resilience, and risk management. Natallia Kapylova, a Belarusian-born concert pianist and educator, holds the highest degree in Classical Piano Performance from the Belarus Academy of Music. She has served as an accompanist and teacher at the Conservatory and College of Arts and performed as a pianist in the Concert Ensemble of the Belarus Society of Blind. Since her move to India in 2002, Natallia has dedicated herself to piano performance, musical collaborations, and teaching. Her students have gained recognition nationally and internationally, earning top prizes in music competitions and the prestigious National Award presented by the Prime Minister of India. Today, Natallia is highly sought after as a piano performer and teacher in both India and Europe.

As the founder of Khwaish, dedicated to supporting mentally challenged children and their families, and Marketing Director at Project Neurova, where we leverage psychology for awareness in areas from mental health to lifestyle. In collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission, my commitment extends to cultivating innovation and digital skills. Beyond academics, my passion lies in global issues, technology, public speaking, and design thinking. I’ve won the CBSE National Science Exhibition for a project focused on detecting early-age depression.
